Scripture: 1Corinthians 12:15 If the foot should say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body.

Observation: Confessions in themselves do not make something true. They must be according to truth. The foot is part of the body even if it says it is not.

Application: I may not feel that I am a part of the body of Christ, but I am. At times I may not want to be a part of the body of Christ, but I am. Others may treat me as though I am not a part of the body of Christ, but I am.

Prayer: Lord, your life in me has made me a part of your body. I want that to be obvious to everyone around me. Amen.
